Over the past 40 years, we have sold six different properties in four different states. This was by far our best home selling experience. John responded to our initial inquiry within minutes. At our first meeting, John came totally prepared to discuss the proposed listing price and all of the rationale behind it. He also laid out the process his company uses for the homes they list. The presentation was professional and to the point. It was just the right amount of information we needed; no unnecessary fluff. The decision to select the Cain Group was easy, and they did not disappoint. John and his team kept us completely informed at all times. We were never left to wonder what was going on. This level of service and professionalism is hard to find from any business. Our favorite thing about working with John was that when you asked his opinion on a matter, you got a straight answer. Stephanie Percy is truly exceptional. We are impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market and neighborhood. Our goal was to purchase our dream lot and build our dream home. She worked diligently finding our rental house down the street from the lot we were hoping to buy. She wanted us to move in to the rental, so we could experience the area before making such a big decision. She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the building process with the seller. The delivery of the information was straightforward. She really treated the situation like she was purchasing the lot herself, and kept our best interests in mind. Stephanie is ALWAYS available for our phone calls/questions. Her responsiveness and attention to detail is incredible. Since we are new to the area, she always has a plethora of vendor referrals to help make our transition to the area so much easier. She will work with you to make your desires a reality. She is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. She is patient and worked through all the details/negotiations like a pro. Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness and good energy made a stressful relocation to a new state very enjoyable. I highly recommend Griffin he was a pleasure to work with, very friendly and was always on time. He answered all my questions and gave me great advice.
