John and his team were great. We were very happy with the selling price, speed, and experience (which is probably very unusual). We live more than two hours away from the home we sold with John, and never met him in person. All of our communications were electronic, which normally could introduce problems, but this did not cause any issues. John came up with a plan to price, list, show, and negotiate offers over a short period, and executed it flawlessly. His team was great - since we didn't live near the house, we relied on them to take care of a lot of tasks that needed to be done. They were a very organized machine who knew what needed to be done every step of the way, as they had done this hundreds of times before. The team was always available, and very responsive and considerate. Overall, the Cain Group provided excellent advice and guidance, service, representation, and execution.

John was great to work with - he was ultra knowledgeable about the OC area and was able to help us rapidly narrow down to right neighborhood, right budget and right home after he got to know us. When it actually came to the transaction itself, he was responsive at all hours and erred on the side of too much versus too little data everytime - which we loved.
