As Managing Director of CAIN Group, Russ leads the group’s operations and sales processes while working alongside John Cain to provide concierge-level service to his clients. Russ is a native of Southern California and brings an extensive background in business management and real estate to the practice. His energy and optimism work exceptionally well within the culture of CAIN Group, where every team member is unwaveringly committed to providing the industry’s best real estate representation to CAIN Group’s sophisticated and discerning clientele.
Prior to joining CAIN Group, Russ served as a senior broker associate for another local brokerage. He began his career in Denver, Colorado, earning a Master’s degree in Business and Real Estate from the University of Denver, then working as a custom home builder and real estate broker before moving back to Orange County. His impressive real estate background allows him to expertly navigate the complex deal structures and demanding expectations of the coastal luxury market while maintaining strong and trusted relationships where discretion and integrity are vital to success.
As CAIN Group’s Client Services Coordinator, Jillian Wills delivers the exceptional communication, responsiveness and transparency for which the practice is renowned. Working with the team’s top professionals, Jillian ensures that clients are informed and comfortable at every step in the journey of buying or selling a home.
A licensed real estate agent, Jillian brings a strong background in real estate marketing and sales to her role at CAIN Group. Prior to joining the team, the Palm Desert native established her own successful practice at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty in the Greater Palm Springs Coachella Valley, where she also served as chair of the Desert Young Professionals Network (YPN) of the California Desert Association of Realtors and was nominated as one of Locale Magazine’s “Favorite Female Influencer” in Greater Palm Springs.
A native of Southern California, Jillian is a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University.
As Marketing Coordinator for CAIN Group, Cameron coordinates content creation, ad campaigns, email campaigns, and social media. Prior to joining Cain Group, Cameron was a creative director for numerous real estate companies and also ran his own video advertising and social media content firm. Cameron is a native of Southern California, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from California State University in Fullerton, excelling in the analysis of market trends and statistical response analysis. Although analytical by nature, his creativity allows for expert navigation of the ever-changing social media landscape and advertising tactics of the luxury real estate market. His precision and passion is a perfect fit with the culture of CAIN Group, which prides itself on providing the industry’s best real estate representation. In his spare time, Cameron enjoys golfing, photography, building computers, car racing, watching football, Formula One, and going to Anaheim Ducks games.
Born and raised in Orange County and a resident of San Clemente for more than 20 years, Blake Finnila is a favorite choice among clients who value his extensive knowledge of the area and its neighborhoods. Add to this Blake’s innovative thinking, focused work ethic, and proactive, service-driven approach to every transaction and it is easy to see why he is highly respected by his clients and peers alike.
Blake’s natural warmth, friendly attitude, and relentless drive to provide only the best possible service helps buyers and sellers feel comfortable during even then most complex of real estate transactions. As a proud recipient of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from Concordia University, Blake has honed his real estate sales skills, marketing prowess and enviable negotiation strategies as a top producer in multiple luxury sales categories prior to and during his time in real estate and joining CAIN Group.
Married and a father of two, Blake enjoys family time and a wide array of sporting and outdoor activities, including surfing, riding dirt bikes, ice hockey, golf, mountain biking, and travel. He is dedicated to serving his community, and has spent many years working as a Reserve Firefighter in Laguna Beach, an EMT and an ocean Lifeguard at various beaches in South Orange County.
A second generation real estate agent, and beach city native of Oahu, Hawaii, Griffin has been exposed to the business of real estate for most of his life. Griffin recently graduated from Chapman University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Real Estate. After graduation Griffin found himself called back to real estate, where he works today with CAIN Group at Pacific Sotheby’s. Coupled with his long time residency in coastal areas, Griffin is able to provide his clients with extensive knowledge of the Orange County area, with a variety of resources at his disposal: movers, mortgage brokers, interior designers, attorneys and more, making transactions seamless. Scott Lynch offers unmatched insight regarding Orange County’s coastal communities. A lifelong resident of the area, Lynch owned several successful businesses here before focusing his sales and marketing skills on the competitive luxury real estate industry.
