John graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University with a degree in Economics and currently resides in Newport Beach with his wife, Tatum, and their three children. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and engaging in outdoor activities such as golf, snowboarding, waterskiing, and competitive racing.

Russ Evans
Managing Director, Broker Associate
As Managing Director of CAIN Group, Russ leads the group’s operations and sales processes while working alongside John Cain to provide concierge-level service to his clients. Russ is a native of Southern California and brings an extensive background in business management and real estate to the practice. Prior to joining CAIN Group, Russ served as a senior broker associate for another local brokerage. He began his career in Denver, Colorado, earning a Master’s degree in Business and Real Estate from the University of Denver, then working as a custom home builder and real estate broker before moving back to Orange County. His impressive real estate background allows him to expertly navigate the complex deal structures and demanding expectations of the coastal luxury market while maintaining strong and trusted relationships where discretion and integrity are vital to success.

Hayley Roseberry
Client Services Manager
Hayley Roseberry is central to Cain Group’s support operation as our Client Services Manager. In this role, Hayley manages all client needs behind the scenes and at the property location. With years of experience as a real estate agent and in various support roles for teams in South Orange County, Hayley brings a passion for creating a seamless client experience. With communication, responsiveness, and reliability at the core of her work ethic, she ensures our clients’ needs are promptly met at every step of the transaction. A strong background in hospitality is where her love for creating an exceptional service experience originates. Born in Orange County, and raised just outside of Denver, Colorado, Hayley appreciates all that coastal Orange County has to offer. Beyond work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her loved ones, painting, photography, staying active with hockey and boxing, and enjoying the beautiful weather.
Michelle Anthony
Marketing Manager
Michelle Anthony brings over a decade of experience in digital marketing, company branding, print marketing and paid digital advertising to her role as Marketing Manager. A graduate of California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Communication Studies, Michelle has worked with multiple international companies to develop corporate branding strategies, manage global marketing campaigns, and analyze market trends to drive measurable results.
Known for her strategic vision and creative approach, Michelle is passionate about helping clients achieve their business objectives through tailored, high-quality marketing initiatives. Outside of work, she enjoys oil painting, free-diving, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Tricia Tedio-Smith
Client Services Coordinator
As Client Services Coordinator for CAIN Group, Tricia Tedio-Smith supports John Cain and the team across all aspects of the firm’s luxury real estate practice. She coordinates key transaction details and helps ensure each client experience reflects the precision, discretion, and white-glove service associated with CAIN Group. Prior to joining CAIN Group, Tricia built her career as a Principal Residential Interior Designer, serving discerning clients throughout California and beyond. Known for her refined aesthetic and meticulous attention to detail, she managed complex, high-value projects with professionalism and care. Her design background provides a thoughtful perspective on property preparation and presentation, contributing to a seamless and organized process from listing to closing. She is valued for her ability to anticipate needs, coordinate efficiently among stakeholders, and support the team in delivering an exceptional client experience. Tricia supports Alzheimer’s Orange County and values time with her family. She also enjoys pickleball, golf, Pilates, and international travel.
Griffin Saunders
Sales Associate
A second generation real estate agent, and beach city native of Oahu, Hawaii, Griffin has been exposed to the business of real estate for most of his life. Griffin recently graduated from Chapman University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Real Estate. After graduation Griffin found himself called back to real estate, where he works today with CAIN Group at Pacific Sotheby’s. Coupled with his long time residency in coastal areas, Griffin is able to provide his clients with extensive knowledge of the Orange County area, with a variety of resources at his disposal: movers, mortgage brokers, interior designers, attorneys and more, making transactions seamless. Married and a father of two, Blake enjoys family time and a wide array of sporting and outdoor activities, including surfing, riding dirt bikes, ice hockey, golf, mountain biking, and travel. He is dedicated to serving his community, and has spent many years working as a Reserve Firefighter in Laguna Beach, an EMT and an ocean Lifeguard at various beaches in South Orange County.
