(Movie mogul attributes aside), Stephanie introduced me and my partner to our future "space we now call home" with tolerance (we were 45 minutes late), professionalism (humility) and knowledge that exceeded industry standards. Since our move it has felt like we have had an 24 hour on call conceierge. Going above and beyond is an understatement. Singing praises for our Angel agent. John was our selling agent and represented us while buying our new home and although this process can become overwhelming John and his team navigated us through each step of the process. it was a pleasure working with John and we highly recommend him to others.

I am a custom home builder and realtor myself and have listed every one of my homes myself up until it came time to list my own personal residence that I had built just a year earlier. Given the high price tag I was seeking coupled with the fact I was so emotionally involved in the home, I thought it would be best to list it with someone else and remove myself from the equation. Several realtors came to mind but I remembered that the house right next door went through 4 different realtors before John got the listing, and he was the only one that successfully got it sold. I listed it with him and immediately he hit the ground running, hosting open houses and attending every single showing. His professionalism, attention to detail and genuine care shined through. You can tell John and his team love what they are doing and it shows in every interaction with clients. John has the connections, personal relationships, creativity, and puts in the time needed to get it sold, and in the end, he was able to pull a rabbit out of his hat and got my home sold for the highest amount in my community, breaking the record by nearly $2 million dollars. I am so incredibly grateful and appreciative for everything John and his team did, and can only hope he understands my sincere gratitude. He is truly amazing and I could not recommend him high enough.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review of John Cain and the rest of his staff (Jillian, Stephanie, Russ, Blake, Griffin, and Scott). My wife and I met with John and explained our goals and he and his team delivered! We wanted to sell our home and use the capital to buy our dream home. Let' start with selling our home: John met with us several times and went over the gameplan; he told us to be patient and he was also very patient with us. He told us to trust him and the process, and we did as he advised. He felt confident that we could sell our house for even higher than we initially estimated. The Cain group coordinated with us and was committed to selling our home for top dollar. They not only placed our home on the MLS, performed several open houses, a nice broker's preview, advertised to their database, but also showed up to many requests for private viewings. In the end, we were more than pleased with the results. In the meantime, we were looking at home to move into during a time of scarce inventory. We weren't looking to just make a move, but find our dream house. My wife and I are picky, but John would text us daily anything he had from the highest sales price to lower on his list; John never pressured us -- he was committed to helping us find our dream home. In fact, one of the first homes we saw, we were really excited about. John guided us in making the offer, but the counter offers were what he thought not in line with our goals and he thought we deserved better. John assured us that between his advertising, literally knocking on prior customers' doors, and access to a number of pocket listings, that he would find us something better. John and his group did just that and saved us lots of money by negotiating better escrow and title rates, helping us find quality vendors at reasonable prices and much more. The home we bought is better than we ever imagined. The long story short is that John Cain and his group are successful because they display the 3 A's needed for success: ability, affability, and availability. I am a surgeon and John works long hours like myself. Many times we would start our day with a call or text at 6am and then touch base around 8 pm; find me someone else who does that... I had lots of people who wanted my business just to make a buck, but John earned my business because he was committed 100%. I relate to John not only because of his work ethic, but also because he is a family man. He understood how important selling my home was to be able to finally buy our dream home. He made it his personal goal to help me achieve my goal and I will always be grateful to him for that. John even set me up with an amazing mortgage lender who also delivered amazing care and service like what I was receiving with the Cain Group. The Cain Group made me feel like I was their only client with the tremendous attention they showed me and my wife although they had many other open houses and clients to tend to; they managed to take care of us and make our time and situation feel important the same way they have done for wealthier and more successful clients. As for negotiation, when you're a genuine human being like John Cain and the rest of his staff, everything happens smoothly. John and his team are always professional, and even during the most challenging of situations, they kept their poise and never took their eyes off the prize -- I think they are head and shoulders above other groups because of their work ethic, expertise, poise, customer service, knowledge of the market, and most importantly, their INTEGRITY! My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better experience and vouch for John Cain and his group 100% without any reservations. We will gladly use them again for any home purchase or sale in our future and are already referring everyone we know to them because they've earned our respect.

Griffin Saunders is truly remarkable he made sure everything was done correctly when purchasing my new home and also did a wonderful job helping me further in selling a property. There are many agents although Griffin stands out becasuse he's the BEST! Trust is very important and I knew he would do the right thing while following through with each transaction, his communication skills made a big difference in getting it done properly.
