I met Nick when he had an open house in my neighborhood and I wandered in. I am not ready quite yet to sell my home but I just wanted some comps and an idea of what I'd spend in my new desired area. (Tustin) Nick has been responsive and courteous through the process even though the reward for him will be a little bit down the road. I had proposed a similar request to a few other agents and without a commitment of an immediate listing they didn't follow up.

Janet was absolutely incredible in the way she assisted us in finding our dream home. She was a top-notch communicator and called/texted/emailed me right back when I had any questions. She was able to negotiate pricing and even got us a lower per square foot cost than we could have ever imagined.
