We were working with another agent for over 3 years with no results, we had given up on our search. We met John at an open house where he obtained our information and within a week he followed up with us and less than a month later he found us a home. It was so refreshing to find an agent that understood our needs immediately and had our best interest in mind the entire time, he did not sell us a house, he found us a home.

John Cain and his team we’re incredible, they helped us both buy a new home as well as sell our prior home. John was able to quarterback both processes simulataneously - managing multiple seller/buyer parties for both of the homes at once in order to get to closing. John has deep expertise that we relied on and his team is extremely professional. We felt like John knew what was going on at all times in the both closing processes so I was confident he wasn’t going to let us miss any deadlines and we ended up finalizing in record time. We couldn’t recommend John and his team enough for anyone looking to either buy or sell their home!

He helped us with a custom lot in 2010 and again in the spring of 2017 when he helped us sell our home and buy another one in Newport Coast. John is a pro. He sold our home in Crystal Cove at the highest price price per foot ever achieved in that community! His focus, professionalism, and attention to detail are exemplary. John is very polished and presents himself, and the real estate he represents, in a very high-quality manner. We Had a forced move from Orange County to LA due to change of jobs. Our search for the right team to help us sell our home was frustrating until we met John. Within the first few minutes of meeting John Cain at our house back in May we knew he had the right team for us. The Cain group never cut one corner and they did everything they could To get as many potential clients in our home. Thru out the negotiating process once contracts were Written we always felt represented in a way that was based on great integrety and never forcing us into a corner trying to discount our price. If anything we felt they wanted us to be firmer and taught us patience that our house just needed the right buyer. How right they were. John Cain is a great negotiator & hires top notch staff to support him. If John is unavailable someone from his office will be there when needed (from appraisals to last minute repairs). Service from start to finish is attentive and professional.
