I have a very unique perspective on John and his team's work. He represented the sell-side when we bought our house in Irvine. My wife and I were so impressed by his professionalism, his knowledge of the product he was selling, his willingness to right by his seller-customer without alienating me as a buyer-customer, etc. that my wife and I decided right at that very time that should we ever decide to sell the home we were purchasing, John would be our agent as a seller. Surely enough, in barely 2 years, we needed to move out of Irvine and we selected John as our selling agent. He gave us expert advice on what to fix, how to stage the home, what a realistic price point would be, etc. His marketing plan was exceptional and thoughtful.
