John Cain is a good person. He was honest, polite, immediately responsive, concerned about us and diligent in all efforts while he got us the high water price in the midst of the Covid lockdown. His statistics on history of listings, sales, dollar volume and marketing dominance are stellar but the proof was that his 3P system worked. He was just as pleasant on the last day as the first.

Janet Rafalovich was amazing to work with! Online I had found several houses on Zillow that I was interested in and they all happened to be located in Newport Beach, CA. I live in Seattle, WA. Instead of continuing my search online, I made a spontaneous decision and just flew down to look at these homes in person. I have not been able to go back there since those first couple of days, but I can tell you that my husband and I are now the proud owners of a beautiful beach home in Newport Beach, CA.
