Managing Director, Broker Associate

Russ Evans

Russ Evans is an experienced dealmaker with an architect’s eye with exceptional attention to detail.  As an Orange County native Russ Evans has spent the last several years specializing in the coastal enclaves of Orange County. Being a native Californian, Russ truly knows every corner of Orange County from the oceanfront to the hills, as well as all the cuisine, nightlife and local culture the area has to offer.

As Managing Director of CAIN Group, Evans leads the group’s team, operations, and culture. He brings decades of business operations experience as well as real estate experience ranging from agent to broker to custom home builder. His energized and optimistic nature serves exceptionally well, not only with his team members but also the CAIN Group client base.

His vast experience is clearly evident as is his passion for strong organization, business process development, and the enhancement of a positive group culture. Prior to joining CAIN Group, he served as a senior broker associate for another local brokerage. Early on in his career, Evans began in Denver Colorado as a custom home builder and broker. With a bachelor’s degree and a Master’s in Business and Real Estate he can easily navigate the over-saturated listing content, readily identifying properties that are actionable for his clients and the channels by which he can access them.

He is excited to be part of the CAIN Group as the Managing Director. The company philosophy of the “team exceeding the individual” is right in line with his beliefs and he is truly an asset to the group.

Sam Archaga

Sam Archaga’s relentless work ethic, infectious positive attitude and ability to make meaningful connections with our clients make him an amazing asset to Cain Group. As Sr. Field Coordinator, Sam manages all preparations required to ready our listings for the market, as well as the completion of all agreed-upon repairs during the escrow process. He works directly with real estate agents, from property descriptions to photography to floor plans ensuring that an accurate and polished image is portrayed. Because Sam is frequently in the field, he also spearheads the organization’s social media initiative by curating fresh and engaging content that enhances the visibility of our impressive listings. When not working, Sam enjoys surfing, competing in triathlons, and spending time with his girlfriend, Chelsea, and his dog, Walter.

Griffin Saunders

A second generation real estate agent, and beach city native of Oahu, Hawaii, Griffin has been exposed to the business of real estate for most of his life. Griffin recently graduated from Chapman University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Real Estate. After graduation Griffin found himself called back to real estate, where he works today with CAIN Group at Pacific Sotheby’s.  Coupled with his long time residency in coastal areas, Griffin is able to provide his clients with extensive knowledge of the Orange County area, with a variety of resources at his disposal: movers, mortgage brokers, interior designers, attorneys and more, making transactions seamless.
